Discounts are available to all students in full time education or if you hold a Calderdale/Kirklees Passport to Leisure

Requirements regarding booking and payment for use of Sports Facilities

Booking and paying for the facilities

All bookings must be paid for at least one week in advance of use of the facility.
Regular bookings can be made in 10-week blocks. Payments for these may be made weekly but must be made at least one week in advance.
Cancellation of bookings

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice from customers wishing to cancel a booking. Less than 24 hours’ notice will incur full charge for the booking.
If we have to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. inclement weather) then payments made will either be refunded or credited against future bookings.
