Cover Supervisor
27.5 hours per week plus 5 additional days
Scale 6 (pts 18-22): Salary range £16,211 - £17,547

The Brooksbank School is a large, popular comprehensive school and specialist sports college.  It is an oversubscribed 11 to 18 co-educational school with over 1,800 students on role.  The school works collaboratively with other schools locally via the Valley Learning Partnership of which it is a founder member.

Currently the school has an interim Headteacher and is receiving support from The Education Exchange.

• Is a talented and effective classroom practitioner.
• Has relevant experience in secondary schools.
• Has very good ICT and data management skills.
• Has vision, flair and creativity as well as the energy and determination to bring about change.
• Is a strong team player and works effectively with young people, colleagues and the wider community.
• Has the energy, stamina and commitment to make a difference and create the best possible educational opportunities for the young people at Brooksbank School.
• Is likely to be an existing practitioner with significant skills, knowledge and experience of delivering high quality lessons.
